Q. Do you have Hug packages for newborns or children?
A. Yes, though Hugs has been created mainly for grown-ups, we now also have special Hug packages for children.

Q. Can Hugs carry any message I want or do I have to pick from a pre-selected list?
A. We will hand write any message you want. Say whatever you feel you want to say. Nothing is pre-selected. If you need help writing a message, no problem! That's what we're here for!

Q. Can you ship internationally?
A. No, but we can ship virtually anywhere in the United States.

Q. Are orders processed/shipped on Weekends?
A. Orders are processed but are not shipped until Monday.

Q. If I have a special request to enclose something else with Hugs, can that be done?
A. Yes. We can't guarantee that we can always get it, but our batting average is pretty good. We've included in the past everything from an old-fashioned yo-yo, to a special book, from a photograph of someone to a very special piece of jewelry.

Q. Are the Hugs really plush?
A. Absolutely! They're the greatest! We promise you -- whomever you're going to Hug -- They'll never be able to stop Hugging him!
